We stayed at this Hilton for 2 nights. We had a great stay as rooms were clean and they had a lot of space. Breakfast was free and was really good. We will be coming back to this hotel just so we can see the front desk lady who's name was Connie. She was a joy to talk to and had a great personality. Can't wait to come back! Thanks Hilton.
This Hampton is located walking distance to NAU.. we have stayed several times it’s always clean, love getting the paper and muffins in the lobby. Used the gym one night good selection for a quick workout.. wish it included breakfast but they do offer a buffet for purchase..
Most important - NO HOT TUB!! We booked through the Hilton app which didn’t have many photos. We went on google and saw a lot of photos of the pool and hot tub. They unfortunately filled in the hot tub with concrete. What a bummer. After a long day of hiking, skiing, etc. you want to soak in a hot tub.. this was seriously such a bummer. The rest of the hotel was okay. One of our bed’s sheets were dirty and we requested them to be changed. Breakfast was complimentary and was appreciated. Employees were nice. There is a dirt lot behind the hotel to park larger vehicles which is nice. We enjoyed having a gas station and restaurant within walking distance.
Service at the front desk was excellent. Convenient location right off the highway. We found some hair in the shower, which seems unfortunately common.
This hotel isn’t bad, comfy beds and good shower, nice working AC and dog friendly rooms. The cons are that the elevator was intermittently working, a STRONG odor of marijuana on the 3rd floor that was coming in through the doors and some thinner walls. This is a good location with ample parking and gas stations and restaraunts nearby.
My family and I just stayed at this location. I wish more hotels were just like this! The hotel and grounds are very well kept, very clean. Staff were very professional and welcoming. Our room was very clean, including the fridge, microwave and other appliances. And a great little restaurant next door. Plus beautiful views. If we are ever back in Flagstaff AZ this will be my first choice for lodging.
This is a very clean comfortable and quiet place. Sophie checked us in and made everything very easy. She deserves a raise! Great customer service ‼
Great hotel--perfect location (especially with the gas station and Oregano's next door!) right off the interstate, making it easy to get around. Staff were helpful and rooms were clean. Breakfast was free and started at 6AM. Loved that there was a water bottle filler in the lobby! Rooms were not super soundproof--we could hear basically everything that was happening in the hallways. Previous reviews mentioned having to pay for parking, but we didn't get charged. We had a gift card but had some issues, so didn't get to use the full amount on the card because it wasn't going through and had to pay a little more out of pocket than expected.
